My mom went to crystal lake last week and we are so happy! The social worker at the hospital recommended the facility and thank Gd we took her word for it. The facility is clean and the staff is helpful, attentive and caring. The administrator is amazing and makes sure everyone is happy. Mom has a few more weeks of rehab before she can come home, but I don't think she is in any rush. She already has a great group of friends and all the staff know her by name. Two years ago we went to a neighboring facility and the care here and rehab far surpasses what we experienced last time. I recommend Crystal lake to anyone who wants the best for their loved one!
My mother was at crystal lake after her surgery. the doctors said she would have to be there for 2 months. The therapy was so good that in less then 3 weeks she was able to walk out with no assist. the place is nice and clean. the care is amazing. She loved the recreation programs. Crystal lake is the best place in town!!!
A big thank you for the wonderful job you did for my dad. He came in barely able to stand. We did not think that he would be able to leave the facility, but he was able to become stronger than ever . The staff including nursing, rehab and dietary went above and beyond. The cook, even came in to see if the food was good. Thanks for the extra special care and attention. Your care definitely made a difference in his life as well as in the lives of my family. You can feel very comfortable placing your loved one at Crystal lake
I usually don’t give reviews but the care my father received at Crystal lake exceeded any of our expectations! He received great nursing care, great rehab team. he loved the food and the communication with Crystal lake eased our nerves. We will be recommending Crystal lake in the future
When my father was recently in need of care and treatment in a skilled facility, my mother, myself, and one of my sisters visited several nursing homes in the Northern RI area. We selected Crystal lake based on cleanliness, warmth and professionalism of the staff to whom we were introduced, and the administrator's availability to answer questions prior to my father's placement there. We were also impressed with the effort that had been made to create an aesthetically pleasing environment, thinking this might be a reflection of the level of care provided. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health services to nursing home residents (in another state), I have a frame of reference with which to evaluate the quality of care my father received at Crystal lake . And during the months my father was there, what my family and I observed was above and beyond anything we could have possibly expected or hoped for. First and foremost, the dedication and professionalism of the staff were exemplary. The CNAs treated my father with the utmost kindness and respect. The nurses were proactive and responsive, as were the nursing supervisors, who maintained excellent communication with our family. The Rehab department was dedicated and provided personalized treatment. The administrator was visible, highly involved with the operation of the facility, and continued to be accessible to our family throughout my father's stay.. We are beyond grateful to the many wonderful individuals who provided such loving care to my father and we cannot say enough about the excellence of this facility.
