We, the faith community of Sacred Heart, in union with the diocese of Sioux Falls and the Universal Church, are called to live out our faith.  Responding to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we are committed as baptized Christians to:

1.  Live our lives as examples of Catholic Christian Values

2.  Faithfully and devoutly celebrate the Sacraments
 
3.  Teach and raise our children to be active Catholics

4.  Welcome new members and reach out to the inactive and 
     "unchurched"

5.  Foster vocations to the priesthood, religious, married, and single life

6.  Continue to develop and participate in religious formation so as to  
     deepen our relationship with God
