If you would like to register your yourself or your family as a SEAS parishioner, please print off the registration form (from this website) or pick one up in the Parish Office. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday  8am-7pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm, and Saturday from 9am-12noon.

Please make sure to check off at the bottom of the form whether or not you would like to receive the Catholic Spirit newspaper. It is the Archdiocesan newspaper and it is free.
