Parish Mission Statement

St. Thecla is a multi-cultural parish located on the northwest side of Chicago. The parish welcomes, respects, and embraces all members of the community. Our mission is to promote spiritual growth to all generations through the celebration of the sacraments, Christian education, spiritual, and social events. St. Thecla encourages all parishioners and members of the community to be disciples of the Gospel message through prayer and good deeds. Our Lord`s message is to "love one another".
